Initial Situation

Barona and its various business units have several custom digital services used either by Barona’s internal stakeholders or directly by its customers. It became necessary to find a partner to help Barona reduce personnel risks, mitigate technical debt, and address challenges in further developing these applications.

Implementation

Between 2019 and 2021, Orangit has taken over nearly 10 different digital service ecosystems. This effort has expanded the technical capabilities for maintaining and developing these services, modernized the software, and enabled a collaborative and systematic approach to extending and securing the lifecycle of the applications.
