In 2018, Finland experienced record temperatures, and at the same time, the software development market also heated up. In their discussions, our founders noticed that software maintenance often fell behind development. A partner was needed who would take responsibility for continuity, not just new projects.
This is how the idea of OrangIT was born: an agile, high-quality and customer-oriented maintenance service provider. From the very beginning, we wanted to combine the efficiency brought by predictive maintenance, automation and artificial intelligence. And because technology alone is not enough in IT services, we also invested in easy transactions and a personal service experience.
If we've learned anything, it's that even the little things matter in maintenance – and that's exactly why we decided to turn them into big strengths.
