The story of Sami Ollila

As the Front-End Lead of Finnair’s Internal Operations team, including both internal and external consultants, Sami plays an important role in technical decision-making. From Wunderdog’s perspective he acts as a Delivery Facilitator, onboarding new Wunderdog consultants to Finnair, supporting their wellbeing, and collecting and sharing insights about customer satisfaction.

The team has received positive feedback for the systems they deliver. Sami highlights the importance of collaboration between developers, product owners, and business teams  as the key to success. Early involvement of developers in the planning stages ensures smoother processes and agile development, leading to rapid iteration cycles and successful product development.
