RELEX Workforce Management software enables workload and employee shift optimization and supports data-driven scheduling decisions. A team of experts from different Sevendos companies supported product development and maintenance, as well as disruption and service requests. 

Flexible Service That Adapts to Customer Needs

RELEX and Sevendos have been long-time partners, with Sevendos supporting RELEX's rapid growth by providing experts to develop various products.  The company cultures of both organizations also align well, making our collaboration enjoyable and frictionless. Knowing that it’s easy to initiate and carry out projects with Sevendos, RELEX also chose us to manage the continuous maintenance and development of RELEX's Workforce Management application. When the Sevendos experts stepped in, RELEX’s internal specialists were freed up to focus on strategic tasks and developing new products.

The multi-step handover ensured a smooth process and transition. Now, Sevendos is responsible for both maintaining the product and developing new features. The product development aims to respond to changing needs and service requests from end-users.

The Sevendos team is multicultural, similar to RELEX's own teams, enabling diverse expertise across various functions.

The Sevendos team got things moving quickly. The experts from Sevendos managed both the accumulated and new tasks, to be a flexible partner that adapts to changing situations. This includes, among other things, scaling up the level of support and team size if the client’s situation evolves.

Part of the Sevendos team operates from Málaga, offering RELEX what is more broadly known as nearshoring and what we call Talent Shoring, providing RELEX access to senior professionals cost-effectively.

The team is also multicultural, similar to RELEX's own teams, enabling diverse expertise across various functions. The Sevendos team consists of experienced developers, who have both front-end and back-end expertise and a system specialist providing support and a deep understanding of Service Desk operations. Additionally, the project is overseen by a Service Lead with experience of best practices in IT service management.

One of RELEX's core values is "Partner is a friend." Sevendos has built a strategic partnership with RELEX over the years, fully respecting and aligning with this value. Thanks to this long-standing collaboration, Sevendos has gained a deep understanding of RELEX’s business, which simplifies operations and enhances agility. By leveraging specialists from several Sevendos companies within the partnership, Sevendos is also able to provide broad expertise to RELEX.

During the first months, Sevendos closely followed the areas of focus and adjusted the team composition accordingly to meet these needs. Going forward, Sevendos will continue to ensure that the team's expertise meets the challenging development and maintenance requirements of the product, while also being able to respond swiftly to ad-hoc tasks.

RELEX has been pleased with the seamless service provided by Sevendos, which has allowed employees to focus on developing products and strengthening growth. Positive feedback has also come from end-users, who have, for example, appreciated the rapid resolution of service requests and the high level of support.

However, we don’t only resolve IT tickets but also provide proactive service and develop new features to meet end-user needs. After working intensively with the product, the Sevendos team has gained a thorough understanding of it, its end customers, and their challenges. You could say the sun of Málaga is shining brightly on this collaboration, making it smooth and enjoyable for both parties.
